In Chiado, in the historic area of Lisbon, at the beginning of the millennium, was made an investment in several properties for their regeneration and reconstruction. The investment, related to residential, retail and parking, had its initial return by selling a part of the assets and guaranteed the reimbursement of the initial amounts invested.
The remaining assets were monetized through a dynamic rental business model, which includes rental housing (short, medium or long term) and holiday rental, defining the units in each type of rental according the market's momentum.
With the increased value of the residential market due the higher demand of residential assets in the historic center of the city, TOTE SER upgraded some of the assets for a new phase of selling in order to capitalize the fund and acquire new real estate assets with an even greater potential for profitability/valorization.
