Architecture TOTE SER is an architecture company with 30 years of experience in the real estate market, specializing in urban renovation projects and innovative concepts like coliving/coworking – Hi-City, among others.
Our main objective is to always maximize the well-being of the user, which consequently leads to the best ROI. We have a multidisciplinary team with expertise in various fields, including architecture, law, economics, maintenance, communication, and management. This extensive know-how allows us to assist you in assessing viability, understanding financial requirements, avoiding risks, and predicting the success of your real estate investment.
One of our strengths is our experience with the operational procedures and legal issues of construction in Portugal, enabling us to navigate efficiently the approval process with licensing entities efficiently. Our areas of operation are mainly prime and historic Lisbon. For other areas of the country, we work with local partners, due to their ease, speed and optimization of the process, taking advantage of the experience of the professionals in each location.
